Baton Industrial Solutions is a 100% owned and managed by a male entrepreneur with a commitment to further employ women for social and economic growth. Baton was the brain child of careful consideration going back to 5 years after studying the shortfalls and successes of companies it managed while still an unregistered entity. Leading to its subsequent registration in 2018.
Baton Industrial Has sought to consolidate the experience of these and other projects it managed and has brokered understanding with large corporations, it was then resolved to register it and that it runs such projects in its new dimension and visionary philosophy. Its Main members have varsity experience in Construction, Designing and Project Management of infrastructure development projects for a variety of clients, which include Mines, Utility companies, Municipalities and Power stations and Petro chemical Generating Plants
Baton Industrial Solutions was founded and officially registered in the Republic of South Africa in 2018. The chosen market for Baton Industrial is the utility companies in which the individuals that make up the company have been groomed and developed. It is indeed an opportunity for the company to demonstrate by practice the expertise that it has horned over the years. The challenge to work within this new environment is one that we have embraced enthusiastically and hope that our customers will benefit from our commitment and dedication to service.

Baton Industrial Solutions believes in a hands-on approach on all projects. That is why a Director of the firm will always be in control of the key functions on our projects. The company is equipped with the necessary staff and resources to ensure the best professional service is provided at all times. The firm is backed up by the ANNEX CONSULTANTS group an up-to-date Professional Indemnity Insurance, which can be extended to cover risk on any size project the firm undertakes both locally and abroad.
